The wire is drawn through a die which is fitted in independent die box and is accumulated on the block, and later being taken through the OTO pulley to the next die. Our OTO pulley wire drawing machine has no slipping part, it means that when drawing, the wire is no sliding on the capstan. Steel wire accumulate many on the capstan on the capstan, so operator have enough time to adjust the capstan speed when it is fast then needed, which also is better wire cooling.

OTO pulley wire drawing machine is mainly composed of gearbox, guider wheel of die box, stripper and electrical control system. In order to reduce the residual heat on the surface of capstan generated by the drawn wires, inner wall is equipped with cooling spray device.
