Lorsque le fil machine est \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat brut, il pr\u00e9sente une couche mince mais importante de fer, r\u00e9sultant du processus de production \u00e0 chaud. La machine \u00e9limine alors la calamine afin que le processus d'\u00e9tirage soit fluide et efficace.<\/li>\n<li>Machine \u00e0 aff\u00fbter les fils : elle sert \u00e0 aff\u00fbter l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 des fils ronds afin d'obtenir une forme pointue. L'objectif de cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape est de faciliter l'entr\u00e9e du fil dans la machine \u00e0 tr\u00e9filer automatique, car celle-ci utilise des c\u00f4nes de tr\u00e9filage dans lesquels le travail est plus facile et plus fluide si le fil a d\u00e9j\u00e0 la forme de ces c\u00f4nes.<\/li>\n<li>Machine \u00e0 tr\u00e9filer automatique : c'est la machine la plus grande et la plus importante de tout le processus. Elle est charg\u00e9e de recevoir le fil aff\u00fbt\u00e9 et de r\u00e9duire progressivement son \u00e9paisseur. Nous pr\u00e9sentons un sch\u00e9ma simple du fonctionnement de la machine \u00e0 tr\u00e9filer automatique. La barre de fil entre dans la premi\u00e8re bo\u00eete \u00e0 fili\u00e8re, est tir\u00e9e et conduite vers la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape de tr\u00e9filage jusqu'\u00e0 obtenir le diam\u00e8tre final souhait\u00e9, puis est enroul\u00e9e sous forme de fil tr\u00e9fil\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Syst\u00e8me de commande PLC : contr\u00f4lant le syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique de la machine \u00e0 tr\u00e9filer automatique, il permet de r\u00e9gler la vitesse et la force de traction. Il est important que le PLC soit soigneusement prot\u00e9g\u00e9 de l'environnement de travail et qu'il soit \u00e9quip\u00e9 d'un bo\u00eetier pratique.<\/li>\n<li>Machine \u00e0 souder les fils m\u00e9talliques : R\u00e9alisation de l'assemblage de deux bobines ou rouleaux de fil m\u00e9tallique \u00e0 l'aide d'une machine \u00e0 souder par points afin de fusionner la longueur et d'offrir
