Automatic wire drawing machine is a specialized industrial equipment designed to reduce the cross-sectional area of metal wires by pulling them through one or multiple conical dies with precision-sized holes. This process, known as “wire drawing,” not only thins the wire to the required diameter but also improves its mechanical properties (e.g., strength, surface smoothness) and ensures uniform dimensions—making it a core device in industries ranging from construction to electronics.

How to work by automatic wire drawing machine?

Our automatic wire drawing machine consists of six parts:

1. Calamine stripping machine: Remove calamine from the wire rod. When the rod. When the rod is in its most primary state, it contains a thin but significant layer of iron, a product of its hot production process. The machine then removes the calamine so that drawing process is fluid and effective.

The wire rod enters into the first drawing die box, is pulled and led to the second drawing step until the desired final wire diameter is obtained, and is rewound as drawn wire.
4. PLC control system: Controlling the electrical system of automatic wire drawing machine, it can control the speed and pulling force to be varied. It’s important that the PLC is carefully protected from the working environment and has a box design for convenience.
5. Wire joining welding machine: Making the union of two coils or rolls of wire drawn by means of a spot welding machine to fuse the length and offer coils in any weight.
